Birthdays and Anniversaries
Bengali Birthday and Anniversary Catering in Bengaluru
A celebration table is not a ceremonial one, and it should not be built like one.
The bitter course that opens a wedding meal has no business at a birthday. What the room actually wants is something to eat standing up, one main worth sitting down for, and a sweet course nobody has to be talked into.
An anniversary sits differently again: a longer meal, a heavier main, and the sweet course carrying real weight rather than arriving as a formality. We keep the two shapes apart instead of serving one celebration menu for both.
Where the weight goes
On a birthday menu the starters carry the first hour and the sweets carry the memory, so that is where the dish count goes. On an anniversary menu the main course takes the weight back. Same kitchen, deliberately different balance.
- Starters that work in the hand, before anybody sits down
- One main substantial enough to be the reason people sat
- A sweet course treated as a course, not as an afterthought
- No ceremonial bitter opener, because this is not that kind of meal
Available as delivery only, buffet, setting service, or full event, end to end. What each one includes.
Good to know
- Can you cater a small birthday at home?
- Yes, from seven guests. Small numbers get fewer dishes cooked properly rather than a shrunken banquet.
- Do you handle the cake?
- We do not supply cakes. The menu is built around whatever you bring, so tell us if a cake is landing mid-evening.
- Can we mix Bengali and North Indian?
- Yes. Both cuisines sit in the same approved list and a menu can draw from either, or from both.
Tell us about your event
Send us the date, the guest count and the kind of event. You will get a menu and a quotation built for it, not a price list.
