Home Parties
Bengali Party Catering in Bengaluru
A party at home is the hardest brief in catering, because there is nowhere to hide.
No stage, no banquet lighting, no distance between the kitchen and the table. Nothing carries the evening except the food, and everyone is close enough to tell.
So we go the other way from the usual party quote. The dish count comes down and the standard goes up: a tighter menu cooked properly, delivered hot, or served by a small team that fits the space you actually have rather than the one a banquet hall would have given them.
Why the dish count comes down
Twelve dishes in a flat means twelve dishes going lukewarm. Our home menus run shorter on purpose, so every plate arrives at the temperature it was cooked to and there is room on the table for people to actually eat.
- A short menu, held hot, rather than a long one held badly
- No live counters, because a living room is not a venue
- Service sized to the room, or delivery if you would rather host it yourself
- Packaging and clearing that does not leave you with the evening's washing up
Available as delivery only, buffet, setting service, or full event, end to end. What each one includes.
Good to know
- What is the smallest party you cater?
- Seven guests. Below that the economics stop working for both of us, and we would rather say so.
- Will you set up in an apartment?
- Yes, within what the space allows. Buffet and table service both work in a flat; full event setup usually does not.
- Can we just have the food delivered?
- Yes. Delivery only is a service option, and for home parties it is a common one.
Tell us about your event
Send us the date, the guest count and the kind of event. You will get a menu and a quotation built for it, not a price list.
