Bengali Private Event Catering in Bengaluru
An annaprasan is a ceremony before it is a meal, and the difference shows on the plate.
A child's first rice is small, strict and watched closely by people who know the order it should follow. The traditional sequence carries weight even at thirty guests, so we cater it to that sequence rather than to a scaled-down wedding menu with the ceremony bolted on.
This page also covers the events that appear on no caterer's list. A private dinner with its own requirements, a memorial meal, a family occasion nobody has a template for. Tell us what it is and the menu is built around it instead of around the nearest category.
When there is no template
Where an event has known rules we apply them. Where it does not, we ask rather than assume, and the menu is assembled from the same approved kitchen list with your restrictions set on the booking rather than remembered on the day.
- The annaprasan sequence kept whole, however small the gathering
- Restrictions recorded against the booking, not left to the kitchen to recall
- A niramish route wherever the rite requires one
- A menu built to your brief when no standard brief applies
Available as delivery only, buffet, setting service, or full event, end to end. What each one includes.
Good to know
- Is an annaprasan too small to cater?
- No. Twenty to forty guests is typical, and the menu is held to the same standard as a wedding.
- Our event has restrictions you have not listed.
- Put them in the enquiry. They are stored against the booking and applied when the menu is built, which is the point at which they matter.
- Can you cater a memorial meal?
- Yes, including a fully niramish menu, and with the discretion the occasion asks for.
Tell us about your event
Send us the date, the guest count and the kind of event. You will get a menu and a quotation built for it, not a price list.
